			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>UAPR a lansat un ghid oficial de organizare a pitchurilor, numit &#8220;Ghidul EACA/WFA asupra relatiilor client-agentie si best practice in procesul pitch-ului&#8221;. Documentul poate fi descarcat de <a href="http://www.uapr.ro/files/ro/Ghid oficial de organizare a pitch-urilor.pdf" target="_blank">aici</a> si este un fel de indrumar cu indicatii pentru ambele parti – atat agentia cat si clientul – despre cum sa organizezi, sa conduci si sa conchizi procesul unui pitch astfel incat sa conduca la o noua relatie client-agentie.</p>
<p>Mai jos gasiti cateva fragmente care mi-au atras atentia:</p>
<ul>
<li>Dimensiunea bugetului (si/sau investitia in media si in remuneratia agentiei) are impact asupra procesului de selectie a agentiei si de aceea este important <strong>sa se clarifice inca de la inceput care este nivelul realist al cheltuielilor</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Trebuie sa reiasa clar din brief daca se cer doar propuneri strategice sau daca se asteapta concepte creative sau chiar un pitch de creatie complet.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> In genere, <strong>propunerile creative nu ar trebui solicitate</strong> atat timp cat costurile vor juca un rol principal in negocierea finala.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Avand in fata si evaluand Long list-ul, advertiser-ul poate sa ajunga la un short list al agentiilor care vor primi brief-ul pentru etapa finala a procesului. Se recomanda ca acest short list sa contina trei sau patru agentii, inclusiv agentia actuala, daca este relevanta. <strong>Advertiser-ul ar trebui sa le spuna acestor agentii cu cine concureaza</strong> si daca agentia cu care au colaborat se afla pe lista.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Timpul acordat prezentarii ar trebui stabilit astfel incat sa permita agentiei sa-si expuna lucrarea, iar celorlalti participanti sa puna intrebari si sa discute prezentarile. Daca agentiei i s-a repartizat un anumit interval de timp pentru prezentare, atunci clientul se asteapta ca agentia sa fi facut<strong> repetitii </strong>in aceasta privinta pentru a fi capabila sa respecte programul.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Cu exceptia cazurilor in care exista reglementari sau obiceiuri locale care dicteaza plata unui comision pentru pitch, este la latitudinea advertiser-ului daca vor oferi sau nu o astfel de remuneratie.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Advertiser-ul trebuie sa fie dispus ca, intr-un mod strict confidential, sa distribuie date relevante despre piata, precum si alte cercetari folositoare, inclusiv post-testari sau campanii in desfasurare.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Conform EACA Code of Ethics, <strong>nu este etic ca agentiile sa-si ofere gratuit serviciile pe perioada de proba</strong>. Acest fapt ar putea sa incalce si legea competitiei in unele tari, iar agentiile care vin cu o asemenea oferta ar trebui excluse.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Este de asemenea ne-etic sa se desfasoare un pitch in scopul colectarii de date despre piata, de insight-uri ale consumatorilor sau de opinii si idei profesioniste care vor veni cu siguranta din partea agentiilor concurente. Orice pitch trebuie sa aiba drept obiectiv judecarea agentiilor in ideea incheierii de contracte cu una sau mai multe dintre acestea.</li>
</ul>
